We will learn from the traditions and culture of the region, ingredients and materials that can be found locally, learn from history, connect with the region, and utilize the preciousness of life to create a place where we can properly provide works that are in the blood of the creators.

We will open a place that makes people happy through food, with the aim of becoming a gathering place for people, things, things, and information that will create the world of the future.

Concept

  • Edo period liquor store

    The family business, Kobayashi Liquor Store, was founded in 1898, and the concept traces back to the Edo period when the first generation was born, tracing the roots of the liquor store, and reviving them in the present.

    At the time, we were reviving the style of blending alcoholic beverages, adding water and taking them home as a modern version of an Edo-era liquor store with a liqueur manufacturing license and a liquor sales license.

    We are particular about acoustics and have installed top-class equipment in Japan.
    It is also a place that focuses on "materials" in music, and holds workshops and events that transcend various industries.

    We aim to be a place where ``good alcohol and good music exist'' where people can express themselves in a variety of ways with the people who support the industrial structure, and as a crossroads for interaction with the cultural sphere surrounding food.
