Edo period liquor store
The family business, Kobayashi Liquor Store, was founded in 1898, and the concept traces back to the Edo period when the first generation was born, tracing the roots of the liquor store, and reviving them in the present.
At the time, we were reviving the style of blending alcoholic beverages, adding water and taking them home as a modern version of an Edo-era liquor store with a liqueur manufacturing license and a liquor sales license. -
