Kyoto Kobayashi Liquor Store Founded in 1877, Kobayashi Liquor Store is a family business that has its roots in Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture as a liquor store in the town.
Although the previous generation went out of business without a successor, he learned of the deep history that the family had with the town of Yaizu and decided to take over and revive the family business, Kobayashi Liquor Store.
In 2023, Kyoto will open ``Kyoto Kobayashi Liquor Store'' in a corner of Hanayukoji shopping street in Shijo Kawaramachi.

    *The 2nd floor of the store will later be opened as a seated space for workshops and private spaces.

    Craft = We mainly handle drinks and ingredients created by craftsmen.

    We will provide food and drink experiences in the form that we can now, while also playing a role as a place to inherit the food and drink culture that is rooted in the region.

Osamu Kobayashi

Born in 1984. Utilizing the sense and experience cultivated in the borderless field of bartending, barista, kitchen, restaurant management, and event direction, he engages in total production activities centered on food and beverages, including direction, management, development, planning and operation of the food and beverage industry in general.

While still in university, he earned his teaching license and became a dancer. He has received numerous awards, lessons, and events both domestically and internationally. He has built a career as a dancer, barista, and bartender at world-class bars, hotels, and cafes.

We operate our business as ``FOOD CULTIVATE COMPANY,'' a city development company based on ``food.'' We host food-related events across the country and also work as guest bartenders.

November 2023 As part of a plan to revive the family-run liquor store "Kobayashi Sake Store" in the town that has been running since 1888, Kyoto will open "Kyoto Kobayashi Sake Store" in the style of a restaurant and liquor store in Shijo Kawaramachi.
